Submitting the form requests an initial review. It is not an order, booking, payment or guarantee that your property or equipment is suitable. Photographs cannot confirm the full condition of concealed wiring or a structure.

Your written quote

Before you agree to any work, your written quote will identify the exact system, mounting position, installation scope, total price including applicable tax, any extra electrical work, availability and payment arrangements. Any charge for an on-site assessment will be agreed before a visit. Kit pricing is provided by individual quotation.

Installation scope

Standard work focuses on accessible ground-level or low-level mounting. Roofs, fragile materials, structural uncertainty, difficult access or other unusual conditions need a separate assessment. We check the proposed equipment against current requirements, follow the relevant manufacturer's instructions and assess the socket, circuit, mounting and cable route.

Permissions

You must have the necessary authority and any required landlord, freeholder or planning permissions before installation. We will discuss these during assessment. Suitability for a plug-in electrical connection does not by itself establish planning permission.

Setup and support

The agreed installation includes commissioning, available monitoring setup, registration and handover records. Manufacturer warranties vary by component and model; the applicable terms and claims route will be supplied with the quote or handover. Contact Chris about installation or setup concerns. No additional fixed-term BrightPlug warranty is advertised here, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

Cancellation and customer terms

You can withdraw an enquiry at any time. Before you enter a contract we will provide the seller's legal identity and address, full contract terms and the cancellation information applicable to your order. Distance and off-premises contracts may carry a statutory 14-day cancellation period, with its starting point depending on the contract type. Any request to start services early must be handled expressly in the contract. This information page does not replace your contract or reduce your consumer rights.

Savings and illustrations

Generation and savings vary with location, shading, weather, electricity use and tariff. Any estimate will state its assumptions. The home-and-panel image on this website is illustrative, not a photograph of a completed BrightPlug installation.
